Токопроводящая смазка
1) Осторожно вытащите ось из барабана. См. Рис. 1
2) Снимите фотобарабан. См. Рисунок 2
3) Снимите вал первичного заряда . Обратите внимание на то, что две белые втулки могут деформироватся. См. Рисунок 3
4) Нажмите на нижние белые зажимы, чтобы освободить щетку для очистки PCR с пружиной. На каждой стороне картриджа есть две вкладки. См. Рисунки 4, 5 и 6
5) Извлеките из бункера остатки тонера или бумажную пыль. См. Рисунок 7
6) С помощью ватного тампона, очистите lamp assembly. См. Рисунок 8
7) Установите очищенную щетку вала первичного заряда. См. Рис. 9
8) Очистите вал первичного заряда и установите его. Используйте небольшое количество смазки на каждом конце вала первичного заряда. Убедитесь, что плоская сторона каждой белой втулки направлена вверх. См. Рисунки 10, 11 и 12
9) Установите барабан, нажав на узел вала первичного заряда, сдвинув барабан на место и установив металлическую ось барабана. См. Рисунки 13 и 14
10) Замените чип, нажав на фиксаторы и выталкивая чип. См. Рисунки 15 и 16

Белые втулки на ролике заряда можно выбросить, это транспортировочный материал, оставить только шестерню
Axsel выбрасывать нивкоем случае нельзя это не транспортировочные втулки,если их убрать барбан будет бить.
