Периодически пользователи различных версий Microsoft Office задают на нашем портале вопрос, как избавиться от «плавающей» ошибки:
Не удается зарегистрировать данный документ. Будет невозможно установить связь между этим документом и другими документами.
Сегодня мы подробно опишем несколько методов устранения этой ошибки в Microsoft Office, начиная с версии 2000 и заканчивая самой современной 2016 на операционных системах Windows.
Решение 1. Настройка служб
Наиболее часто появление этой ошибки связано с неверной настройкой службы DCOM. Вам необходимо одним из следующих способов открыть окно управления службами компьютера:
- нажать сочетание клавиш Win+R , ввести команду services.msc и нажать Ок ;
- открыть меню Пуск → Панель управления → Администрирование → Службы .
Каким бы способом вы не воспользовались, в итоге у вас должно открыться окно Службы, которое показано на скриншоте ниже.
В нем вы должны найти службу Запуск серверных процессов DCOM (так же может называться Модуль запуска процессов DCOM-сервера, в Windows 2000 - Служба COM+, а в англоязычных версиях операционной системы - DCOM Server Process Launcher).
Кликните по названию найденной службы правой клавишей мыши, выберите в выпадающем меню пункт Свойства. В открывшемся окне управления службой выберите тип запуска Автоматически и нажмите Ок.
После этого закройте окно управления службами и не забудьте перезагрузить компьютер, чтобы изменения вступили в силу. Ошибка в Ворде должна исчезнуть.
P.S. Некоторые пользователи сообщают, что изначально у них эта служба уже была запущена и помогло её отключение и перезагрузка компьютера.
Решение 2. Изменение пути к файлу
Поэтому, если при сохранении документа по умолчанию, Word сделал название файла очень длинным или он хранится по пути, в составе которого есть папки с очень длинными названиями, попробуйте просто переименовать документ и дать ему более короткое имя или перенести в папку с более коротким названием.
