Reinstalled drivers, windows, nothing helps.
When checking the cache, it writes that one file did not pass the check, but does not write which one .

Incompatibility or overheating by sounds of it.

Did you try opening control pannel nvdia setting (from destop with right click), go to resolution and desktop dimensions( 9th line)
On the resolution menu, click on "full screen" and on "apply setting to" select GPU

in my expierence.. afterburner doesnt play well with csgo. try not using it..
