Memory

В своей жизни, я покупал как б/у ноутбуки (нетбуки), так и новые. "Подержал в руках" множество моделей, львиную долю из них ремонтировал, настраивал, тестировал, бывало, просили помочь в выборе при покупке.
Зачем покупать б/у ноутбук если полно новых в магазине?
На мой взгляд здесь три основных плюса в пользу подержанных буков:
1. Определенный софт (программы) работают только в ОС Windows XP, максимум в Windows 7 х32! Да, конечно, можно и на 10-ку поставить виртуалку, а будет ли работать там ЮСБ донгл?
Примечание: USB dongle (аппаратный ключ) применяется в качестве аппаратной защиты лицензионного ПО.
2. Цена - цены даже на очень бюджетные модели кусаются.
3. Качество - многие современные вещи делают "на год", срок гарантии.
Имел опыт покупки бюджетной модели Acer в прошлом году , редко его использовал, сломался через год. У меня на канале есть пост про него.
Дополнительно: Наличие драйверов для карт расширения RS232 под устаревшие ОС.
Хочу поделиться опытом, как обезопасить себя при покупке б/у ноутбука.
Следует не верить на слово, а проверять что все работает. Договориться о проверке памяти и жесткого диска . Для жесткого диска хотя бы SMART посмотреть. Как выполнить проверки , есть статьи на моем канале.
Проверьте что загружается система на ноутбуке, при этом, должны быть установлены все драйвера. В системе не установлен драйвер видеокарты? Есть довольно высокий риск попасть на неисправный чип графического процессора.
Компьютер не должен "тупить" тормозить при загрузке ОС , это может свидетельствовать о проблемах с жестким диском или забитой пылью системе охлаждения.

Не следует бросаться на первый попавшийся, стоит позвонить, поговорить с продавцом. Бывает, по телефону говорят, что нетбук как новый, а приезжаешь - корпус никакой, в трещинах :) Пример из личного опыта, - я не купил, так как брал в подарок - эстетика была важна , другое дело, когда берешь для работы.
В завершении пройдемся по производителям :
Дешево и сердито
Асер, Леново , я не стал бы брать. Исключение было, купился на цену, Асер ES15 отказался работать по истечении гарантии. На мой взгляд у этих производителей самое низкое качество, в том числе слабый корпус. У Леново раньше были проблемы с драйверами, где их скачать.
Плюсы - цена. Если брать на год, то рентабельно.
Ноутбуки для дома / 3D игр
Toshiba, Sony, Asus, Samsung, MSI - в целом качественные, у всех прочные корпуса. У Toshiba с дискретной видеокартой, на мой взгляд, слабая система охлаждения. Последние две фирмы выпускают игровые ноутбуки, у них есть игровые модели с хорошими системами охлаждения. Из опыта, в этих ноутбуках необходимо не забывать чистить систему охлаждения - забывчивость чревата заменой системной платы.
Enterprise / ноутбуки для дела, для работы
Hewlett Packard , Dell, McBook - качественные надежные, и дорогие. Как правило многие модели HP и Dell имеют слоты ExpressCard, длительное время работы от АКБ. К примеру, из личного опыта, Probook 4730s позволят 9 часов работать в интернете. К этим ноутбукам часто можно заказать спец аксессуары - док станции, АКБ с увеличенной емкостью (12 часов работы вместо 9), фирменные сумки.

Особняком отмечу Apple - популярен у художников, дизайнеров, есть спец софт под мак , Скетч , например. Да , ноутбук стильный, быстрый. Аксессуары дорого. Ремонт. а возможен ли он в данном случае? Ведь Эплы грубо говоря одноразовые.
